If beauty is in the mind of man,
Then governments are the beast.
Their dominating power over us,
Has created a Madness that's been unleashed.
All mans ancestors were slaves to it,
As are we to it's money today.
We should dedicate our lives,
To finding a better way.

I think the poem starts out
Has created a Madness that's been unleashed.
All mans ancestors were slaves to it,
I think during this part, it's a little confusing because it goes from "a Madness", to something that man was a slave to? (Forgive me if I get this wrong). I find it confusing, because how is the government dominating? I just don't get what you mean by this XD.
As are we to it's money today.
We should dedicate our lives,
To finding a better way.
It goes from being a slave to "something" to finding a better way to do what? I mean, if the poem was clear in what it meant (As in, how does the beauty of man's mind and the beast of a government relate to "being slaves" for the goverment, and being a slave to money?) Oh wait.. I think I just answered my own question about what "finding a better way." means. But the poem, I think, would be easier to understand if it were a little more clear? Other than that, I think this is a great poem :D.
~Sorry if this doesn't make any sense, I'm really not used to critiqueing. T_T
