I wonder...
I tried to think of what I would add, and I wonder if adding hydrogen peroxide, which breaks down into water over time in the air, would turn it into a larger amount of water quickly.
I don't know about powdered water, but if you make ice ( solid water) and smashed it into very small pieces it would be like powder. Could you just melt powdered water?
