My name is Derrick, and as you can read, I am 22 years old. I go to college in Iowa at the University of Northern Iowa. I am studying Exercise Science and hope to get my BS after this year. After that, I'm not sure of what I'm going to do. It's a scary thought to graduate, actually.
Other than school, I spend a lot of time writing. It is my favorite and most effective way of expressing how I feel about everything. I've been doing it since I was about 16 and really feel like I have expanded. I know I'm not majoring in English or anything like that, but I'm really hoping to do something with writing in the future and hopefully get something published, even it's just one thing that will be enough for me.
